WORKPLACE PROTECTION POLICY – ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT & PROMOTION OF GENDER EQUALITY

CREATIVE PEOPLE IT SYSTEMS S.A. complies with all applicable legislation regarding the prevention and addressing of violence and harassment at work, including gender-based and sexual harassment.

Purpose
To establish a work environment that respects human dignity and ensures a workplace free from violence and harassment. The company adopts a zero-tolerance policy.

a) Risk Assessment
The assessment considers: the nature of IT services, workplace structure and hierarchy, interaction with third parties (clients, suppliers, partners), and psychosocial factors such as workload and time pressure. The overall risk is considered low, though isolated incidents may occur.

c) Awareness Actions
The policy is communicated via email, posted on notice boards, and available on the company website.

f) Support for Domestic Violence Victims
The company may provide reasonable workplace adjustments such as flexible working arrangements upon request.

h) Complaint Investigation
Complaints are submitted confidentially (written or electronic) and examined impartially, in compliance with GDPR.

i) Non-Retaliation Policy
The company strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual reporting an incident.

j) Consequences of Violations
Possible sanctions include warnings, role or workplace changes, suspension, or termination, as decided by the Board of Directors.

k) Cooperation with Authorities
The company fully cooperates with competent authorities and maintains relevant records.
